AGREEMENT TO WAIVE, RELEASE, DISCLAIM AND INDEMNIFY FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS

Risk Acknowledgement

          I understand that during the trip I am about to take into the interior of Mexico under arrangements made with Gloria Rodriguez, dba, "La Gloria" Bed & Breakfast, her agents, employees and associates, certain risks and dangers may arise.  I understand such risks include, but are not limited to, hazards of travel by boat or vehicle across the Rio Grande River or its tributaries, as well as hazards of travel by vehicle over unpaved and rough roads.  I understand the risk also includes accidents, illness or injuries in a remote area without means of rapid evacuation and with limited medical equipment or facilities; the hazards of traveling in remote natural areas with wild animals, native plants and insects, hot and cold air temperature, rapidly rising or falling water or other natural climatic and geological conditions: and the hazards of hiking and walking in mountain areas, rivers and desert like areas.  I further understand the risks of travel exist at the beginning, during, and through the end of the trip.

Voluntary Acceptance

         I am aware of the risks involved in getting to and visiting "La Gloria" Bed & Breakfast, and the interior of Mexico, and I am voluntarily participating in this activity with full knowledge of the danger and risk involved and hereby agree to accept any and all risks of injury or death.

Waiver, Release and Indemnity Agreement

         In consideration of and as part of payment for the right to participate in this trip to "La Gloria" Bed and Breakfast in the interior of Mexico, I understand and hereby assume all of the risks and will hold harmless and defend Gloria Rodriguez, dba, "La Gloria" Bed & Breakfast, her agents, employees and associates from any and all claims, liability, causes of action based on negligence or any other legal basis whatsoever for personal injuries or wrongful death, or from property damage or loss, which may arise during or in connection with this trip.

         I, whether for myself, my heirs, executor, administrator or assigns, forever discharge and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gloria Rodriguez, dba, "La Gloria" Bed & Breakfast, her agents, employees and associates, from any and all claims, causes of action, liability based on negligence or other legal basis whatsoever for personal injuries or wrongful death, or from property damage or loss, which may arise during or in connection with this trip.

       By submitting the reservations form, I acknowledge that I have read the foregoing paragraphs, and that I fully understand all of the risks involved in the trip I am about to make.  I am fully aware of the legal consequences of agreeing to this waiver statement and release of liability.
